Any County employee or private citizen may report allegations of illegal or unethical conduct involving County employees, appointed, or elected officials. This includes reporting evidence of known or suspected misconduct, including legal violations, misuse of resources, improper gifts or kickbacks, financial fraud, acts of retaliation, safety concerns, or intentional violation of County policies and procedures.
Your comments will be heard and all reported issues will be investigated. All reports can be made without worry of retaliation or intimidation.

Preventing and detecting healthcare fraud and abuse activities is an important responsibility of the County Legislature, management, and all employees. Contact the compliance officer if you suspect an employee or an agent of Genesee County of non-compliance, fraud, waste, or abuse.
