Public Hearing Proposed Modified SEAF of Agricultural Districts

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, a public hearing shall be held to hear and consider any and all comments from the public concerning the proposed adoption of the modified Short Environmental Assessment Form (SEAF) of Agricultural Districts and model cooperative agreement for use of the SEAF to coordinate County and Agriculture and Markets SEQRA review of modifications to Agricultural Districts.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the Genesee County Legislature will conduct a Public Hearing on proposed adoption of the modified SEAF at the Old Courthouse, 7 Main Street, Batavia, New York on Wednesday, the 11th day of December, 2024 at 5:30PM. All interested persons will be heard. The hearing location is accessible to persons with disabilities, those with hearing impairments, or those in need of translation from English, please contact the Legislature Clerk at 585-344-2550 ext. 2202, at least one week in advance of hearing.
