We are proud to announce that we are sponsoring the “RETURN THE F.A.V.O.R” Discount Program that honors our Genesee County Veterans as well as many of our local merchants.
Veterans that record their DD214s at the Genesee County Clerk’s Office will be issued a Genesee County Veteran ID card. This Veteran’s ID card enables them to take advantage of discounts offered by local merchants.
Participating Merchants will complete a Merchant’s Discount Application with the County Clerk’s Office indicating their discount offered to Participating Veterans and they will receive a participation poster for display at their place of business.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a Genesee County resident.
- Must be a qualified, honorably discharged Veteran of any branch of the United States Armed Forces.
- Official discharge papers (DD214) must be on record in the Genesee County Clerk’s Office. If not on record, DD214 must be presented for recording before issuance or proof of record in another county.
- Must present official government photo identification showing Genesee County address (New York State Driver’s License or Non-Driver ID Card).
Rules & Conditions:
- Cardholder must present card to receive discount.
- Discount applicable for cardholder only.
- Discounts may exclude certain merchandise or services.
